DIC Group’s new concept of management

DIC entered the 100th year from its foundation and at the same time as the changes in company name and brand design, DIC formulated “The DIC WAY,” a new concept of management of the DIC Group and started its second foundation. “The DIC WAY” consists of three principles of “Management Vision,” “Corporate Values,” and “Principles of Conduct” and placed “The DIC SPIRIT” at the core.

Research & Development Sites

DIC’s Corporate R&D Department, the Central Research Laboratories (Sakura, Chiba) and Technical Administrative Department are engaged in R&D activities while deepening cooperation with our development center in China (Qingdao DIC Finechemicals Co., Ltd., Qingdao, China) and the Sun Chemical Group’ s research laboratories (in USA, Germany and UK) to display global synergy.
